These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LACE Beauty Salon & Spa ("LACE," "we," "us," or "our") website and your booking or use of any services at our salon located at Al Shafar Tower 1, 8th Floor, Barsha Heights, Dubai, UAE. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
LACE offers a range of beauty and wellness services, including but not limited to hair, nails, facials, massage, Moroccan baths, and lash and brow treatments. Service availability, pricing, and duration may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
Appointments can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or through our website. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist/stylist. We will do our best to accommodate your requested time but cannot guarantee availability.
We kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments and, where applicable, may be subject to a cancellation charge.
Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delaying other clients, at the full original price. In some cases, a late arrival may require rescheduling.
All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods displayed in-salon at the time of your visit.
Package deals and promotional offers advertised on our website or social media are valid for the period stated and may be withdrawn, amended, or extended at our discretion. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated, and points-based packages must be used within any validity period specified at the time of purchase.
Please inform our team of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to your treatment. Certain services (such as lash tints, hair colour, or chemical treatments) may require a patch test in advance. LACE reserves the right to decline or modify a service where it is deemed unsafe to proceed.
Certain treatments are intended for adults only. Clients under 18 may require parental or guardian consent and, in some cases, must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the service.
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all clients and staff. LACE reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone behaving in an abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.
While we take every care in delivering our services, LACE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UAE law. Clients participate in treatments at their own risk and are responsible for disclosing relevant health information beforehand.
LACE is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought into the salon.
All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of LACE Beauty Salon & Spa and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services or website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
